"On Monday November 21st at 9am, exactly 3 months to the day of the passing of my common law wife, I was working out at the Movati gym in Orleans when I suddenly had a heart attack. I hit my head on the way down and was on my side unconscious. Angelo Toscano happened to be at the same gym as me at the same time. Angelo sprang into action by checking my pulse on my wrist and neck. With no pulse, he immediately started cpr on me while staff at Movati and off duty paramedic Matt Galarneau came to help as well. After 4 minutes of cpr done by Angelo (this is so much harder than a workout) , Matt Galarneau shock me once with a defibrillator. With still no vital signs, Angelo went on for another minute of cpr. Only then I came alive. If not for the quick actions of Angelo and Matt, I would not be here today typing this to you. No words can describe how thankful I am towards my life savers. I owe them everything. Angelo, my dear angel, you're a very special person. You took the time to help a stranger without even thinking twice about it. You went over and beyond my expectations. It is a pleasure to share our experience of finding our dream home, thanks to Judith Laviolette. We met Judith 2 years ago when she showed us a home that was of potential interest to us. Judith is very personable, and we hit if off immediately with her. We were in no hurry at the time to move out of our home, but were looking to upgrade and see what was out there. We decided to ask Judith to assist us and she kindly agreed.
Judith was very patient through our whole process, and we must have visited over 40 homes during the two-year period. We never felt pressured and over time, we bonded with Judith and consider her a friend. This summer, my wife, Sonia, and I found an almost ideal home on a waterfront property, except it was missing 2 bedrooms that we would have had to have built as an addition.
We still placed a bid, but ultimately lost to another party. That did not deter Judith, who sensed our disappointment. She went from door to door on that street to find out if anyone was interested in selling their home and came upon a potential house, which the owner had tried to sell in the past.

We have dealt with Judith Laviolette of the Toscano Team of RE/MAX over the past year and a half to sell our 2-story house, buy a bungalow and sell a condo.
In all instances, Judith was very professional, friendly and helpful, always patient and never "pushy". She helped us analyze the market and find the right level at which to price our properties and also helped us to assess the fair market value of the property we were looking for. She monitored the market and suggested several properties in our target area, price range and type of property. She was always available to answer our questions and set up viewings.

We had listed our property with another company and, after 10 months on the market, no success.
We decided to look at other companies and interviewed agents from two companies.
When Angelo arrived at our home, he made an excellent presentation on the pluses of booking with Toscano.
He was very knowledgeable of the market and very enthusiastic.
There was no doubt in his mind that he could sell our property.
We listed with Toscano, and after a short of time, Angelo suggested that a small decrease in price might be the answer. The market in our area had started to slow down. After the adjustment, almost immediately, we had visitors, an offer and a sale.

I just want to take a few moments of your time to mention that I have been highly impressed with the services of Cameron Dennee, one of your team members. For the past few years I have been going to open houses and looking for a home that would have the possibility of adding an in-law suite to it.
